We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we process when you use praecis.ch, for what purpose, and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

Contact form
When you submit the request form, we process the first name, last name and email address you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry and arrange a qualifying call. The data is sent by email to info@praecis.ch via our email provider (Hostpoint AG, Switzerland) and stored for as long as needed to handle your request. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not pass it on to third parties.
Server log files & hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When the site is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects technical data (e.g. IP address, browser, time of request) in server logs, which is required to deliver and secure the site. An order-processing agreement is in place with the provider.
Cookies & consent
The site does not set any non-essential cookies without your consent. Analytics is loaded only after you actively agree via the consent banner. You can withdraw your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for praecis.ch.
Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Ltd. It uses cookies to help us understand how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed, device, approximate location). Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA). We have activated IP handling in line with GA4 defaults and do not send personally-identifiable information. If you decline consent, Analytics is not loaded.
Your rights
You have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your data, to restriction of and objection to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@praecis.ch.
SSL encryption
This site uses TLS/SSL encryption for security. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in the address bar.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or legal requirements. The current version always applies.
